GRAD DK great Support! Excellent support from the Customer Experience and Insights Manager, Riikka King, who monitored the delivery of the refrigerator by UPS. At one point, UPS lost track of the order and failed to deliver it. Through her timely and attentive intervention, Riikka ensured a new delivery within 5 business days.
