These terms apply to all purchases made on grad.dk. Please read them before you order. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Who can buy
Our shop is for adults (18 or older). These terms are written for consumers. If you buy as a business, the parts about the right of withdrawal and consumer complaints do not apply to you; contact us for business terms.
3. Your order and the contract
When you place an order, you receive an email confirming that we have received it. The contract between you and GRAD ApS is formed when we send that order confirmation. We may cancel an order, and refund you in full, if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious error in price or product information, or if we suspect fraud. Contract language: English, or the language of the site version you order from. We keep a copy of your order, and you receive it by email.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in the currency of your country version of the site. Prices for EU countries include VAT.
- Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free to the EU and Switzerland.
- For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply. See our Shipping Policy.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.
- Payment is taken when you place your order. For pre-order items, this reserves your unit from limited stock.
5. Delivery
We dispatch orders placed before 15:00 (Copenhagen time) on working days the same day. Delivery times, costs and customs rules are described in our Shipping Policy. The risk for the product passes to you when you, or someone you name, receive it.
6. Right of withdrawal (14 days) and our 30-day returns
As a consumer in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period runs from the day you, or someone you name, receive the product. We extend this to 30 days.
To withdraw, tell us clearly before the period ends, for example by email to contact@grad.dk. You may use the model form below, but you don't have to. You must then send the product back to us no later than 14 days after telling us.
Refund: we refund everything you paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We refund to your original payment method. We may wait until we have received the product, or proof that you have sent it back.
Return costs: you pay the direct cost of returning the product. If you use our return label, we deduct €25 (EU) or €49 (outside the EU) from your refund.
Condition: you may handle the product as you would in a shop to check it. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling it beyond that.
Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

7. Faults and complaints (2-year legal guarantee)
You have a 2-year right to complain about faults under Danish and EU consumer law. The period starts when you receive the product. If the product is faulty, we will repair or replace it, or, if that is not possible, give you a price reduction or a refund. Please tell us within a reasonable time after you discover the fault; a complaint made within 2 months is always on time. Email contact@grad.dk with your order number and a description or photo of the fault. We pay the cost of returning a faulty product to us.
The legal guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, accidents or not following the user manual. The battery's capacity will naturally decrease somewhat over time and many charging cycles.
8. Using the product
Please read and follow the user manual, including the instructions on charging and cleaning.
9. Product information
We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
10. Liability
We are responsible for our products and for our obligations under these terms, as required by law. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, unless we caused them intentionally or through gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or under product liability law.
11. Reviews and content you send us
If you submit a review, photo or other content, you allow us to publish it on our website and social media, with your first name. Content must be honest and lawful. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unlawful.
12. Intellectual property
All text, images, logos and designs on grad.dk belong to GRAD ApS or our licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.
13. Personal data
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Complaints and disputes
If you are not satisfied, please contact us first at contact@grad.dk; we will do our best to find a solution. If we cannot agree, you can complain to the Danish Complaints Board (Nævnenes Hus), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, www.naevneneshus.dk. If you live in another EU country, you can also contact the European Consumer Centre Denmark, www.forbrugereuropa.dk.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence. Disputes can be brought before the courts of Denmark, or the courts where you live if your local law allows it.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you placed your order apply to that order.
