Shipping policy

Free shipping

Shipping is free to all EU countries and Switzerland. For other countries, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 15:00 (Copenhagen time) on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 15:00, or on a weekend or Danish public holiday, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times

Most orders within Europe arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch. Deliveries outside Europe usually take longer; the expected time is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, and carriers can sometimes be delayed, especially in peak season.

Tracking

You receive an email with a tracking link when your order is dispatched.

Pre-orders

If a product is marked as pre-order, the expected dispatch date is shown on the product page. Payment is taken when you order.

Customs, duties and taxes

Prices for EU countries include VAT, and there are no customs charges inside the EU. For deliveries outside the EU (for example Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway and countries outside Europe), import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply in your country. Unless these are shown and charged at checkout, they are paid by you when the parcel arrives. If you refuse to pay them and the parcel is sent back to us, we refund your order minus the return shipping cost and any charges we cannot recover.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or it was not collected, we can send it again for the cost of new shipping, or refund you minus the shipping costs.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo and email contact@grad.dk as soon as possible. We will sort it out at no cost to you.
